When I’m not treating patients, I usually staying active, whether that’s hitting the gym or enjoying time with my wife and family. For me, staying fit isn’t just about looking good today; it’s about preparing for tomorrow. My personal goal is to be able to move, run, and function freely when I am 100 years old.
That drive is exactly what I bring to my practice.
I often see people accept a decline in health as “normal.” The idea is that we get 70 good years, and then we just have to “survive” or suffer through the last 20 or 30. I don’t believe in that. We are here to enjoy 100+ years of quality life.
My goal is to help you maintain your machine so you can live your best years, every single year of your life. Let’s make sure you aren’t just living longer, but living better.
I train today so I can move freely at 100. My passion is fitness, family, and functional longevity.
Too many people accept that life slows down after 70. My mission is to change that mindset. We aren’t here to live 70 good years and then merely “survive” the next 30 in pain. We are here to enjoy 100+ years of high quality living.
I’m here to help you build a body that lasts.
